 This helps you safely hold postures for longer periods of time, focusing on detailed alignment of the spine, allowing strength, length in the breathe and body

- Starts at 8.30 am - 9.45 am

- Advance Booking Only

- Wear Comfortable Clothes

- Carry Water and Towel

- Carry your yoga mat or a towel to use it on mats that we provide

- Keep Clean Feet

- Have a Snack before coming for practice
